Holiday Magic Lights Up The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center
Gifts Bring Cheer to 1,400 Gaithersburg Children
What:
The Carnegie at Washingtonian Center is once again bringing holiday magic to Gaithersburg by hosting the City’s Holiday Day of Giving Event on Saturday, December 13, 2025. For more than 25 years, this cherished tradition has provided gifts for children ages 1–17, spreading joy and hope during the season.
This year marks a record milestone: 1,400 children will be supported, which is triple last year’s number. With The Carnegie’s support and partnership, local kids will celebrate the season as they receive their gifts. Associates and volunteers will transform the venue into a winter wonderland, complete with holiday treats, arts and crafts, cheerful decor, and a special visit from Santa.
Together, the City, The Carnegie, and the community are ensuring that holiday cheer reaches every corner of Gaithersburg.
